Arizona pet stores Allowed to Sell Commercial Kennel Animals

What's NEW for 2016???

Well...........in Arizona, the pet store ban on stores selling any commercial kennel dogs/pups in several areas was CHANGED apparently--- by taking down BSL type law (against certain breeds) and then allowing sales of commercially bred animals in some pet stores.............AND unknown to many---HSUS did NOT oppose this, DESPITE HSUS claiming to hate bully dogs (HSUS became friends with Michael Vick--remember?) and HSUS HATES allegedly "milled" dogs because HSUS is still going city to city trying to get every single city to stop every single pet store that might ever get a commercial kennel dog to sell???  Well we gotta agree--it's legal to sell commercial kennel animals.....we are not in favor of abuse, BUT if it is legal to sell such animals, we believe they can sell them. And by pointing out ONLY the "bad" seeds does not make every single seller a bad seller.

NOT suprisingly, attorney gets many many fake calls from all over the USA. Almost none of these people have an actual case, but pretend they do. They then take up attorney's time in speaking to them.  In most of these cases, attorney never even calls them back. This has gone on for years and we get calls from places like Yemen (where the hell is that!) and back in the South; also we get calls from people we know that are surveilling the attorney. It goes with the territory.

Let's be clear on who is pushing the nationwide "no sales in pet stores except rehomed/shelter animals"...............that is the group above,  HSUS and CAPS and a few others like Best Friends.

Essentially Best Friends has a known sordid background based on what appears to be cult type issues. This has been researched and is widely known online if one looks it up. Additionally, Best Friends is very keen on working with HSUS and ASPCA. Both ASPCA and HSUS paid out millions to the Feld Entertainment group after suing in a frivolous lawsuit for over 14 years, in Federal Court--on alleged civil RICO (racketeering) charges..............Needless to say, attorney fees were awarded, as it was found the activists PAID a Plaintiff to BE the Plaintiff. This was planned by activist groups and their attorneys were also sued.

HSUS and others are now pushing to outlaw the sales of any pets or animals (dog/cat) in any pet store or likely, any commercial place. But they would exempt "rehomed, rescue and animals from a nonprofit" and try to claim it's rational basis under constitutional law.
